Rotary Feeder Valve, also known as Rotary Feeder, is a specialized equipment applied in powder (powder, granular materials, powder-granule mixtures) conveying systems for discharging, metering, dust removal, quantitative conveying, mixing and packaging. It is a key component in industrial powder handling systems, widely used to optimize material flow in various production lines. It is mainly composed of three major parts: main valve, reduction gear mechanism and protective device. These core components work together to ensure stable and reliable operation of the rotary feeder valve in harsh industrial environments. The main valve is further composed of shell, end cover, impeller, bearing, oil seal, gas collecting pipe and other parts. Each part of the main valve is precision-manufactured to guarantee tight sealing and long service life of the rotary feeder valve. With elaborate structural design, the rotary feeder valve features excellent special functions such as air locking, high temperature and high pressure resistance, and material jamming prevention. These functions make it suitable for handling various difficult-to-convey materials in industrial settings. It can be used independently for powder conveying in industries such as chemical industry, environmental protection, petroleum, metallurgy, refractory materials, electric power, cement, plastics, grain and pharmaceutical industry. It can also be equipped with mixing acceleration chamber, three-way reversing valve and gate valve to be used in pneumatic conveying systems, dust removal systems and other systems. It is a versatile equipment that meets the material handling needs of multiple industrial sectors.
Through the transmission of motor and reducer, an impeller with equally divided structure rotates inside the shell. Materials from the hopper or feeding device at the upper part of the shell are filled into the cavities of the impeller, and then the materials are discharged from the lower part of the shell as the impeller rotates. This working process ensures continuous and uniform material feeding, which is essential for maintaining stable production in industrial lines. It can discharge materials uniformly and continuously to the downstream according to the requirements of the conveying system. This stable discharging performance helps improve the efficiency of the entire material conveying system and reduces production interruptions caused by uneven feeding.
